Digital Signature v1.3 MR2 Released

Corrected the following bugs
　1. The signing was not performed by failing to acquire the font
folder in the Windows Server environment. This was fixed again
because the fix with MR1 was insufficient.
　2. Appearance graphics of the signature were not displayed with
Adobe Reader for iOS.
